Mobile App for Takeaway
Skip The PDF
If you are still using a PDF to present your menu, just skip it. It's inconvenient and outdated. People don't have the time to download the file and use a different app to open your menu. Even if the customer is using a web browser that allows viewing of pdf files, it's not as interactive and functional compared to a web-based menu. Hence, move that pdf menu into a dedicated page in your website. And, again, lose the PDF menu.
Don't Cut Corners On Images
In the online world, images play a significant role in the presentation. After all, it's not like there's a human being that will smooth talk your potential customers when they visit your site. Hence, never ever cut corners when using images. Hire a professional photographer if you have to. Also, you don't need a lot of images anyway. Just two to four images placed strategically in your online menu page will work wonders.
Another reason why images are crucial is because of social media. Sharing images is a lot easier on social platform websites. Every time someone shares your images, that's free advertising for you.
Choose an image that is very attractive and mouth-watering. Then, finish it up with strong titles and descriptive language.
