Attending a bargaining session as a silent rep shows our power as a union, how serious we are about our contract demands, and keeps you and your colleagues informed about our progress so that we can be better prepared to push forward. 

Reminders:
  • All BTU members are welcome to join bargaining sessions. Let us know if you can join so we can prepare to have enough food.
  • Wear your BTU shirt! 
  • Please review our shared norms for being silent rep before you attend. 
  • Let us know if you want to speak up about our contract demands.
