Thank you for your interest in serving as a PROGRAM MENTOR for our Leadership LINKS Mentoring Program.
There are many opportunities to volunteer, serve, or mentor with the organization.
Program Mentors in the Leadership LINKS Mentoring Program are key leaders in our faith-informed organization. The "spiritual development" aspect of our mission is informed by the greatest leader of all, Jesus, and is founded on long-standing Christian principles. This grounding is affirmed by our organization's Statement of Faith (the Nicene Creed). All Program Mentors are required to affirm the organization's Statement of Faith prior to joining our mentoring leadership team.
This application form is specifically for the women who are interested in making a long-term investment (at least 12 months) with the organization by joining our leadership team and serving as a Program Mentor for either our Leadership LINKS Mentoring Programs for Girls (grades 6-12) and Young Women (ages 18-30).
Our desire is to become a steady, loving, and supportive Network that educates and equips our LINKS Leaders (program participants) from their critical middle school years, through high school, higher learning and skills development and during the early or transitional stages of their careers.
The Leadership LINKS Mentoring Program is foundational for fulfilling our organization's mission. We do not take the opportunity to lead and serve lightly, and that is why we want all Program Mentors prepared to serve our organization and our LINKS Leaders well.
Therefore, we are requiring the completion of a self-paced online training course prior to the start of the 10-month mentoring program. The training details will be available upon application completion. Our best hope is that you will LINK Up with us, and these emerging leaders for a lifetime!
If you are interested in serving as a
Career Mentor for our mentoring program, please complete

They can offer monthly professional mentorship and/or career coaching for our young women's mentoring program, serve as guest speakers, provide professional development, facilitate "Lunch and Learn" training sessions, offer Leadership Exploration Workshops (LEW), or share their leadership journey during one of our mentoring fellowships.
If you are interested in volunteering or serving in another capacity, please visit our website at
