Use this form to report misconduct or any other other violations of our Code of Conduct which occurred in the context of a PIBBSS event.

Responses to this form will be reviewed by PIBBSS top level organizer (Director/Ops Lead - currently Nora Amman and Dušan D. Nešić). If you wish to report an incidence such that it gets reviewed by a third party instead, you can use this form.
