PIBBSS Code of Conduct Reporting Form - third party

Use this form to report misconduct or any other violations of our Code of Conduct which occurred in the context of a PIBBSS event if your complaint is related to PIBBSS high-level organizers (currently: Director (Nora Amman) or Ops Lead (Dušan D. Nešić)), or if you wish for other reasons that the complained is reviews by a third party.

For reporting on anyone else, please use this form.

Include your name and contact information, or choose to submit a report anonymously. All reports are confidential.

The submission of this form goes to a third party, who has no obligation to report to Director or Ops Lead, and can contact lawyers to resolve the issue if needed.
