Ohio ICE - Silver : 17u Softball Team
2021-2022 Season - Tryout Registration Form

The Ohio ICE - 17u (04) team will be hosting tryouts for the upcoming 2021/2022 season. The team is looking for athletes who are motivated to put in the extra work and have the desire to play in college.

Team Interests: Open to all positions
**(Returning a solid core of successful student athletes)

Tryout dates:
August 8th, 2021 10am - 12 noon & 5pm - 7pm

Location: Firestone Stadium Pony Field (1575 Firestone Parkway Akron, Ohio 44301)

Private Tryouts will be available per request. (Please contact one of the coaches to make arrangements)

I release the "Ohio Ice" (Charles Short and Heirs and associates, Fran Spano and Heirs and associates), the Spano Dome W (Frank Spano and Heirs and associates), of all liability including but not limited to physical and mental liabilities. I also realize that fastpitch softball can be very dangerous and could lead to serious injury and in remote cases death. it is understood that each player is liable for their own insurance and, in signing this statement, I release the Ohio ICE Heirs and associates), and Spano Dome (hears and associates), of all monetary payments to include but not to be exclusive to: emergency room, it's services, hospital stays and it's expenses, attorney's fees, rehabilitation expenses and any and all legal, medical and other expenses in regard to any situation rising from any and all issues surrounding and including release of "Ohio ICE' and Spano Dome. This also includes travel to and from any scheduled softball event. *
