Column B will be to identify the locomotive and most recent paint scheme

Column C is the Horn Type, with the primary identification of the horn along with the generation/casting/era the horn is, plus whether it's sick or not. If it has a strikethrough, this means the information is from the engine it was rebuilt from, IE SD40N info coming from an SD40-2, as no pictures or videos could be found of the newer engine

Column D is the latest date we have information on the horn. This is very important, as horns can change on a moments notice.

Column E is for the reversals of the bells eg K3LAR4 means the 4A bell is reversed or K5LAR24 means #2 and 4A are reversed. "All Bells Reversed" is abreviated as "ABR"

Column F is for Arrangement and manifold. The first identification will be arrangement of the horn. More details to the right. Column G is for Horn Sickness. This specifies what bells are dead or if the horn is weak sounding or it's warbling. If nothing is wrong with the horn, it will be marked as normal. If there is no video of said horn, it will say unknown

Column H is for where the horn is located on the engine. Most are located on the long hood of the engine these days, but some still retain them on the cab.
