When we talk about employees, the first thing that comes up in minds for
management is their work hours. Is that utilized to the optimum, are there areas
where employees needs monitoring to improve productivity. It is easy now a day to
implement a time tracking system in any organization to track employee-working

However, the issue of employees coming in late, forgetting to punch in their
