3 | The chart below analyzes the inclusion of ethical clauses in the end-user license agreements (EULAs) of 70 independent type foundries worldwide. This research was conducted by Katy Nelson for an article on Eye on Design (which you can read in full here) about foundries attempting to limit the usage of their typefaces on ethical grounds. Please note that this is not a comprehensive survey, but rather a sampling of foundries selected to represent a range of specialties and locations, with a particular interest in the landscape of ethical restrictions in U.S. foundries. | ||||||||
