If you are TT, VAP, adjunct, or work in the UK, click on the relevant tab at the bottom of the screen. Then scroll down and put your information in the first blank row at the very bottom. Do not worry that it's not in alphabetical order. Do not try to put it in the spreadsheet in alphabetical order. Do not worry that you can't put it in the spreadsheet anywhere but the bottom--I am protecting data as it gets entered so it doesn't get changed or deleted. DON'T click on the plus sign in the bottom left corner to add information. That just adds another blank sheet. Seriously, when they're created, they're also numbered, which means I know I just deleted the 50th 68th extraneous sheet.

If you are a grad student, click on the link in the box below to fill out the form that will automatically fill in the relevant boxes on the spreadsheet. Don't try to enter data into the spreadsheet directlyLOOK where you're typing and clicking. I have to leave this spreadsheet editable so that you can put your information into it, but it means that I also have to spend a lot of time trying to fix it when people carelessly wreck it. If you think you've messed something up, there is an undo function! Those little arrows in the top left corner. If you've messed up and can't figure out what to do, don't be like that one professor I saw break the copier and quickly walk away muttering "eh, a grad student will fix it." Leave a comment on the cell so I can take a look.
