BEFORE YOU START, MAKE A COPY OF THIS SHEET. Save it to your Google Drive or Download a copy for your use.

STEP 1. Enter Your Company Name in Cell A21 below

STEP 2. Refer to the 'SEO Roadmap' tab

In the SEO Roadmap you will find a list of tasks that you should complete.

These tasks are arranged by order of what wil provide the maximum return to you for the effort.

You may have already completed some of these tasks. Scan through the list and if you have

completed any of the tasks already, mark them as 'Completed' in Column A.

It is unrealistic for any business to start at the top of the list and try to complete

every single task at once. This is a comprehensive roadmap. If you complete it, you will be

ahead of 98% of the websites in Canada, but it will take time to complete.

Set a goal that you can stick to. Aim to complete 2-5 tasks per week AND STICK WITH IT!

Most businesses find the roadmap daunting. Stay with it and tackle the tasks one by one.

STEP 4. GET RESULTS

If you follow the roadmap and complete the tasks, you will start to see results. Your

site will start to rank higher and you will start to get more and better quality

traffic to your site, but it takes time. Follow the roadmap diligently and you'll

be on the way to success in no time.

Local citation sites essentially provide an online directory listing for your website.

Having your business website listed on these sites shows search engines like Google and Bing that you are a legitimate business, and provides easy backlinks to your business site.

Having multilple citation and directory listings gives more credibility to your business, and can improve your search ranking.
