How to Use This Database

This database contains two separate sheets:

1. COVID-19 Rental Assistance – Treasury ERA contains programs funded by the U.S. Department of Treasury’s $25 billion Emergency Rental Assistance Program, established under the Consolidated Appropriations Act of 2020.

2. COVID-19 Rental Assistance – CARES+ contains programs funded by CARES money, state and local funding sources, and philanthropic funding in response to COVID-19. Please note, many of these programs have closed and are still included for research purposes.

The sheets track similar information regarding program eligibility, program administration, funding, and program implementation. However, the Treasury ERA sheet is intended to track additional specific information about Treasury ERA programs. Each sheet will be updated regularly as new programs are added.
