5 | INSTRUCTIONS: DOWNLOAD your own copy of this document and use it to create a customized Editorial Calendar for your organization. You can do this one of two ways: 1) File => Download As [choose your file format] => Save As [choose document name]; or 2) File => Make a Copy => Enter a new document name [of your choice]. Note: As tempting as it is to use the “Share” button, you won't actually be able to “share” it with anyone until you DOWNLOAD or MAKE A COPY of the calendar. Once you've made your own copy, you can customize it for your specific organization. You’ll find that each tab in this Editorial Calendar tool contains LightBox Collaborative's ideas on opportunities for your organization to get coverage, as well as other red-letter dates to help spark your own creativity. The rest is up to you! Add calendar hooks, program milestones, events, and other important dates that your organization can leverage for successful communications in the rows labeled "Your Hook."
