Instructions:

1. Make a copy of this document (go to File > Make a Copy) and rename it FIRST NAME LAST NAME Magic Grant Selection Worksheet (ex. RACHEL SMITH Magic Grant Selection Worksheet).

2. Fill in your name, your branch, and your pick-up location in rows 2, 3, & 4.

3. List the items you would like for your Magic Grant starting on row 5. You can insert more rows if you need more rows. Use the information on the ICCAN: Magic Grant Menu 2024-2025 to fill in these rows. If you have submitted an ICCAN: Proposal for New Magic Grant Item and been approved, please include that item here in addition to other selections (if applicable).

4. Make sure there is a total in the final row of the Cost column. Remember your total must be under $1,000 if you are in 10th grade or under $1,500 if you are in 11th or 12th grade.

5. Share your worksheet with your CCP Hub Librarian and asuncioncora@nypl.org (go to the blue Share button in the upper right corner). All item selections will be considered final at the time of submission.
