1	CARS+ COMMANDS CHEAT SHEET
2	Command	Function	Notes
3	OPEN	Opens a brand new contract	Good for custs with no reservation
4	EDITRA	Edits an already open RA
5	EDITCLOSE	Edits an already closed RA
6	VOID	Void an open contract	Will need to input the RA number. VOID will NOT print the contract
7	RES	Create a new reservation
8	DBRO	Daily Balance Page	Used at end of day to balance between CARS+ and Cardpointe
9	CUST	Customer record menu
10	REPRINT	Reprints any contract	Used most often when a custmer needs us to email them a contract
11	RESPRINT	Reprints an already created reservation.	Can also use to quickly email a reservation conf to a customer
12	CTRL X	Takes you to the reservation quick view	Shows next 24 hours of reservation by default by location
13	MAKAVL	Makes a vehilce availabe AND moves it	Use this function to make available as well as move from one location to another

15	Sub-Menu Commands (within RA)

17	F1	Save Function	Use at the top of the page of any work you do in order to save (and print) it
18	F2	Activates ID/Card Swipe function	Used at the top of the RA page. ID must have a barcode to work.
19	F3	Quick deletes a line of entered data	Use AT the line you wish to delete. If used at top of page it will delete all data
20	F4	Expose hidden credit card data	Use at the top of the page. Must input Avon credentials to activate
21	SHIFT F5	Opens menu to add items to rental	Must use at the top of page. Requeres some RA data to be filled in already
22	F6	Opens RA search menu	Must uses at the top of the page. Will open sub menu to filter search
23	SHIFT F7	Quick change/check email address on file	Use from RA page
24	F8	Estimated cost calculator for RA or RES	For reservations, system will ask if cust will be using extra miles. Usually just use 1 mile

26	Sub-Search Menu - When using F6 a sub menu will open with these additional functions

28	A	Search by RA number
29	B	Serach by Reservation number
30	C	Search by customer last name
31	D	Serach by Account number (must have been entered in B screen of RA)
