Our balanced scorecard was created to establish measurable goals, monitor progress, ensure accountability, and to highlight annual advances since 2020. It employs 8 specific indicators to measure progress made in advancing the fundamental components of our vision. The Administrative Council and the Board of Trustees continuously monitor the Strategic Plan and balanced scorecard to better understand where we are as a school and to make necessary changes to ensure we fulfill our school’s vision. A series of systems have been put in place to ensure adequate time for discussion, analysis, and support from peers or external consultants. A transparent budget process helps ensure adequate resources are made available to address the needs of each initiative.
