5 | Why? Remote/Hybrid conditions can be difficult, with some employees in person 100% time, some in hybrid schedules, in the office some days and remote some days, and some 100% remote. With skillful planning these varied schedules can optimize performance and support employees and those they serve, communicate effectively in all locations. |
6 | How? Invite your key department leaders and/or task force members to complete the audit. It will help your team identify and mitigate touchpoints that may have been overlooked when initially returning to campus after the height of the pandemic. Click on the Audit tab to get started.
