2-1-23 - QKA met with Executive Committee to discuss progress of project, we will meet again on February 28 to finalize the building program before presenting it to the full Education Committee. QKA to start schematic design ASAP. District to update costs of project based on updated estimate of building sq footage. Site Admin and District staff to give project update to all Analy staff at March staff meeting. Staff to start CEQA process and get Geotechnical and other surveys started. Looking at possible increments I and II for adding temporary housing and demolition of Auto/Annex 1 & Annex 2
3-9-23 - District staff met with Legal Council regarding CEQA, Lease Leaseback and other building procurement methods, staff will be bringing items to the Board in the next few months
4-2023 Surveys being conducted by consultants (Topographic, Subtronics Survey (utilities)
5-3-23 District staff bringing consultant contract to the Board for Geotech and Hazmat Survey for project
8-2023 - QKA is almost finished with Schematic Design; District/Site Administration are meeting with CTE teachers on Thursday, August 31st to go over some of the changed plans; after that meeting we hope to have a meeting with CTE teachers, QKA to finalize the project schematic plans and present those plans to the Board in Sept/Oct depending on the timing of those final meetings.
10-2023 - QKA, District Administration, Site Administration and Site Staff continue to finalize the Schematic Design of the new buildings. We anticipate finishing mid November.
12-12-23 - Schematic Design is complete, district administration is working with QKA on the design development phase, hiring all the additional consultants (Commissioning, Hazmat Report, submission of the California Geological Survey, fire hydrant flow test, coordinating a mtg with IT staff, going over interior finishes, etc.
2-2024 - We are 50% through design development. On 2-15 district administration met with the design team about colors and finishes for inside and outside the building; we will be having a second meeting in a few weeks to go over the two different color schemes and plan to present those to the committee for further discussion. At the 2-21-24 Board meeting staff is presenting to the Board for consideration approval of the commissioning contract for this project.
3-2024 - RFP for Lease Leaseback Contractor issued, responses due March 28th; interviews scheduled for April 3rd/4th, anticipated recommendation to the Board for a selected contractor for April 10, 2024. Design Development is 100% complete, meetings with landscape architect/exterior lighting designer and district and page turn meetings are occurring and or have occurred with District/architect. District/architect reviewed color scheme for the buildings and will be bringing that back to the committee for full review before finalizing.
4-2024 anticipate PSA award to General Contractor; DSA submission is on track for June 2024
5-28-24 - Project has been registered with DSA, project app #01-121813; DSA project submission date is 6/26/24
8-2024 Project is in DSA for review; OAC Team has met to start to strategize the project sequencing
9-10-24 - OAC Mtg to strategize project sequencing, what can we start now, March and spring break
10-9-24 - OA meetings occuring weekly for sequencing and getting project finalized; OAC meetings are occuring montly to discuss phases of the project; DSA update, intial review has occured, architect/consultants are finalizing back check comments, we are a few weeks away from submitting for second review
11-13-24 - OAC Team met today, discussed P1, going to board tonight for approval of the lease/GMP; P2 is currently out to bid, expected to recommend award in January 2025 and start bidding P3 in January 2025. Project is expected to go to back check end of November.
12-18-24 - GMP for P2 is on the agenda tonight for board review and approval. P2 is the demo of two existing buildings on the Analy campus; this portion of the project is scheduled for March with the demo over spring break.
12-20-24 - antipcate back check review to be completed by DSA by 1-10-25		QKAactivley under construction estimated completion fall 2026

AA43 - Analy Stadium Improvement Project 10-2023 - project is still being investigated; we are awaiting Civil engineer evaluation of storm drain video footage, so we can determine if we can repair the broken pipe with internal coating vs. having to expose the pipe. This repair would allow the District and architects to work on a long term plan that could include recommendation to replace the visitor bleachers, track resurfacing and re-carpeting of the stadium turf.
12-12-23 - District administration is recommending this project be prioritized for the next round of bond projects at the 12-13-23 Board mtg.

AA33 DW Door and Security Locksupgrade of door, locks, closures, panic and related hardware associated with classroom, corridor and office doors district wide--- Integrate Access Control with existing cameras where possible10-11-22- Project was identified as a priority

1-25-23- District staff met with Assa Abloy to discuss the project, survey likely to happen the week of March 20, 2023 during spring break
3-15-23 - Assa will be onsite the week of Spring Break completing the door survey for Analy HS.
5-10-23 Assa and District staff will meet to discuss results of the survey they have partially completed.
8-2023 Assa completed their door survey, we have a meeting scheduled for Sept 7th to discuss the survey and discuss project scope and timeline
12-12-23 - District staff is working with Assa Abloy, QKA to develop district standards and identify products for the lock project
