178	We greatly appreciate that most of our Campers make their payments in a timely manner. However, we need you to acknowledge our policy which states:

180		If you are determined to be habitually delinquent in making your monthly payments during the 2024 season, you will be placed on a CASH ONLY status for all following seasons.

182	This means that if you plan to remain camping with us for the 2025 season, you will have to pay your entire 2025 Site Fee and other options in cash by the August 2024 deadline date. Once you have been placed onto this “CASH ONLY” status, you will remain on this status for as long as you camp with us.

184	This change in status will not come as a surprise to you because you will have been spoken to by John if you have become habitually delinquent. In addition, you will have received an email notifying you of your new status. Generally, if you incur two consecutive Late Fees, you will be considered habitually delinquent.

As this property is privately owned, the CAMPER(S) accepts camping privileges with the understanding that he/she does hereby release the Campground, its officers and employees, of all liability for loss or damage to property and injury to his/her person arising out of his/her use of its camping facilities and agrees to indemnify the Campground, its officers and employees, against claims resulting from loss or damage to property or injury to the person of any member of the family or guest of the CAMPER(S), arising out of the use of its camping facilities.
227	5. The CAMPER(S) agrees to read and comply with the 2024 SEASONAL CAMPER HANDBOOK as posted in the Office and on our Website at www.davidsonscamp.com.
228	6. The CAMPER(S) will pay DAVIDSON'S COUNTRYSIDE CAMPGROUND for all metered Electric services each month from May to October and again with the FINAL READING. The CAMPER(S) will pay all Late Fees assessed on overdue monthly balances.

This Agreement, in addition to the 2024 Seasonal Camper Application, contains the entire agreement between DAVIDSON'S COUNTRYSIDE CAMPGROUND and the CAMPER(S), no other representation or inducement, verbal or written, has been made which is not contained in this Agreement. The Agreement is severable. If one portion is invalid, the remaining portion shall, nevertheless, remain in full force and effect.
