"I'd been dying to try out Budd's in Ballydehob for years and finally made it today and it didn't disapoint. We had hummus and raw crackers. I've eaten a lot of hummus in my time and this was right up there with the best. The side salad was only €6 and then the aubergine and cashew curry was €13 - most vegan dishes in similar restaurants are now hitting €18 or €20. For dessert the sticky toffee pudding was made of dates and was really nice. Nice coffee, oat milk and other vegan options for the intrepid traveller." - Aug. 2022
