Tosa East put up three runs in the top of the ninth inning on RBI singles by Zachary Ortner and Eli Michaelis, with another run scoring on an error after a Parker Thompson ground ball. That three run lead was enough for reliever Cal Dobbe, as the UW-Whitewater commit kept the Phoenix off the board and nailed down the save.
