5	Reporter Helen:	Can you give me information regarding your company’s current HR dispute?
6	Reporter Helen:	The public would like to know; so I’m doing a story on this issue.
7	CEO Leo:	I’m confident that our conditions of employment are acceptable.
8		We compensate our people fairly and offer great medical benefits.
9		We have a generous sick leave and vacation policy.
10		We’ve an affirmative action plan and encourage diverse people to interview.
11		We always hire the best prospective candidate regardless of race or sex or culture.
12	Reporter Helen:	What do you say to former employees who’ve insisted they were discriminated against by their boss? This is the conflict I’m covering.
13	CEO Leo:	We support our supervisors’ decisions.
14	CEO Leo:	However anyone conducting themselves inappropriately or treating an employee with disrespect will be terminated.
15	Reporter Helen:	Some I’ve met stated that the issue is -- non-native employees are selected to go to outlying offices and are required to go even if they disagree with the transfer.
16	Reporter Helen:	They aren’t permitted to debate the issue.
17	CEO Leo:	Recently we’ve opened a new department and have relocated a number of our specialists to that office which is in a city on another planet.
18		We think this is a great opportunity.
19		But many of the specialists immigrated just recently.
20		And they’ve requested to stay in their new homes, here.
21		I can relate.
22		But really, this location is full and we can’t schedule all our work to be done in this facility.
23	Reporter Helen:	Regarding moving costs, the mayor’s office has advised me that you’ve plenty of resources available .
24		They’ve recommended that you implement some sort of plan to help with the move.
25		Do you have any information about such arrangements?
26	CEO Leo:	We are introducing a space-cargo-rental-reimbursement program which HR will administer starting next week.
27	CEO Leo:	We hope this will help resolve the problem.
28	Reporter Helen:	Indeed, this should help a bit.
29	Reporter Helen:	But, as an incentive to move, you bet, nothing would beat an increase in pay!
