3	Admission: $5 per day. Kids 10 and under free.

5	Behavior: All players and spectators are expected to behave appropriately at all times. Fighting, abusive language/profanity, and disrespect for the facilities will not be tolerated. Ejections from the site will be made if necessary based on the judgment of the officials and tournament/site director.

7	ANY PLAYER, COACH, OR SPECTATOR EJECTED FOR FIGHTING (PUNCHING, SHOVING, VERBAL ABUSE, ETC) IS INELIGIBLE TO PARTICIPATE IN THE REMAINDER OF THE TOURNAMENT. NO EXCEPTIONS.

9	Each team is expected to provide one volunteer to run the scoreboard or keep the score sheet each game. Teams must also provide their own basketballs. The first team listed on the schedule is the home team and should wear white (if possible).

11	Each team will be provided with only 2 wristbands for coaches and/or scorekeepers.

13	Eligibility Challenges: Any team wishing to challenge the eligibility of a player must pay a $100 cash fee. The challenging team must also provide documentation to support their challenge. At that point, the accused team/player must provide documentation to defend their eligibility. If the challenge is upheld, $50 will be returned and the losing team will forfeit any games in which the ineligible player participated. AAU age/grade rules apply.

15	All teams be prepared - games will start up to 15 minutes before scheduled time if possible in order to not fall behind.

17	Rules
18	NYS high school rules apply except:
19	• Time: Two 16-minute halves. Clock stops on dead balls. There is no shot clock.
20		o Exception: Running clock in the 2nd half if lead reaches 20 points.
21		o Exception: 10u and 11u divisions will use two 20-minute halves of running time. Clock stops during timeouts and final minute of each half.
22		Boys 10u and 11u may also use 28.5 size basketball if both coaches agree.
23	• Overtime: The first overtime period will be 3 minutes. The second overtime is sudden death.
24	• Timeouts: Three 30-second timeouts per game. Timeouts do not carry to overtime. Each team receives 1 timeout for all (not each) overtime.
25	• Pressing is not allowed when leading by 20+ points.
26		o Exception: Pressing is not allowed in the 10u and 11u divisions, except for the last minute of the game. **Applies to any division with 11u or under included.
27	• Pregame warmups will be 5 minutes. Games will start on time, or early if possible and both teams are ready. If a team is not present at game time, 5 minutes will be put on the clock before a forfeit is called.
28	• Halftime will last 3 minutes.
29	• Fouls (same for boys & girls divisions): 1&1 on the 10th team foul of each half. No double bonus. All fouls in the last minute of a game and overtime are 1&1. Individual players are disqualified on their 6th personal foul. Technical fouls will be granted automatic 2 points plus possession. Players or coaches receiving 2 technical fouls in one game will be disqualified and must sit out the following game as well.
30	Tie-Breaker: Applied in the following order: 1.) Head to Head (if 2 teams are tied) 2.) Total point differential (Max +/- 15 per game) 3.) Fewest points allowed. If a tie has not been broken using these three criteria, a coin flip will determine the winner.

32	Awards: Championship T Shirts for winners in all divisions.
