177	1. DAVIDSON'S COUNTRYSIDE CAMPGROUND agrees to allow the CAMPER(S) to use Camping Site #_________ in Davidson’s Countryside Campground.

179	3. The CAMPER(S) agrees to use the premises for camping ONLY and certifies that the Site cannot be sublet without prior written permission from DAVIDSON'S COUNTRYSIDE CAMPGROUND.

As this property is privately owned, the CAMPER(S) accepts camping privileges with the understanding that he/she hereby releases the Campground, its officers and employees, of all liability for loss or damage to property and injury to his/her person arising out of his/her use of its camping facilities and agrees to indemnify the Campground, its officers and employees, against claims resulting from loss or damage to property or injury to the person of any member of the family or guest of the CAMPER(S), arising out of the use of its camping facilities.
181	5. The CAMPER(S) agrees to read and comply with the 2025 SEASONAL CAMPER HANDBOOK as posted in the Office and on our Website at www.davidsonscamp.com.
182	6. The CAMPER(S) will pay DAVIDSON'S COUNTRYSIDE CAMPGROUND for all metered Electric services each month from May to October and again with the FINAL READING. The CAMPER(S) will pay all Late Fees assessed on overdue monthly balances.

184	8. The Primary Camper(s) listed on p. 1 of this Application is/are responsible for the complete removal of the trailer, all personal items, decks, sheds, boards under tires, wood, hoses, etc., when checking out for the final time from Davidson's Countryside Campground.

This Agreement, in addition to the 2025 Seasonal Camper Application, contains the entire agreement between DAVIDSON'S COUNTRYSIDE CAMPGROUND and the CAMPER(S), no other representation or inducement, verbal or written, has been made which is not contained in this Agreement. The Agreement is severable. If one portion is invalid, the remaining portion shall, nevertheless, remain in full force and effect.
