|The charges set forth in this handbook are subject to the following modifications in certain circumstances.|
|Accessory to a Crime||Any person assisting with the completion of a crime may be charged with 'Accessory to' the crime.||Modifier:||0.5x|
|Attempt of a Crime||Any person who attempts a crime may be charged with the 'Attempted' crime.||Modifier:||0.5x|
|Aggravated Crime||Any person who commits a crime where any victim requires medical resuscitation as a direct result of the crime.||Modifier:||1.5x|
|Crime against a Government Employee||Any crime in which the victim of the crime is employed by the Woodland County (Police, Fire or Medical).||Modifier:||1.5x|
|Traffic Violations issued to Companies||Any traffic offence in which the violation is issued to a company instead of a driver.||Modifier:||3.0x|
|((Charges are met with BOTH jail time & fines for legal fees and penalties.|
Jail time stacks with a maximum time of 600 minutes jail time.
Fines stack with a maximum fine of $15,000 dollars.
License Suspensions DO NOT stack, most severe suspension will be issued for crimes committed.
If a suspension is currently issued, and a new crime is commited, the player will recieve the longer of the two options not both.
Intact - License remains in place as is.
Suspend If Used - Only suspend if the suspect actively used the license or the permissiones the license grants during the act of the crime.
Suspend - No matter what the circumstance, if they commit the crime and own a license of this type, it will be suspended for the amount of time.
Bribery (Misdemeanor / Weapons Licesne Incact) leaves license "Intact" - Weapons license would never be touched for this crime.
Assault (Misdemeanor / Weapons License Suspend If Used) commited with weapon license but no weapon on your person would result NO suspension.
Assault (Misdemeanor / Weapons License Suspend If Used) commited with weapon concealed on your person would result in a suspension.
Murder (Felony / Weapons License Suspend) r with or without a gun used or licensed owned results in a suspension from weapons licensing.))
