52	RR	The joy of switching to YouTube music ugh. So I have a motorcycle helmet that is Bluetooth and I can click the button to activate the assistant and tell it to play my playlists. Well, that is the problem. It does not work with YouTube music, works with Google play music and Spotify but not Google's own premiere music app. It is very frustrating because when I'm on a motorcycle, I don't want to try to put much thought into listening to my playlist and I shouldn't have to pull over, take my gloves off, and mess with my phone to play a playlist on YouTube music. So, since you guys have your connection with your YouTube music guy why don't you tell him that he should fix this problem where you can't tell Google Assistant to play a playlist from your phone. To add to the story: works fine on Google home devices but not Pixel phones. One would think that this is a feature that should have rolled out with their premier music service. Lance

57	FI	I recently convinced my dad to buy the pixel 4a for my mom. (I currently rock a 2xl). Her phone was having tons of issues. The reason I was so insistent he get her the pixel is because she is deaf and I knew the autocaption feature would be extremely useful for her. She is LOVING IT. The autocaption feature is a killer feature for her. If the 4a was a piece of garbage phone but had the same autocaption available it would’ve been more than worth the $350 price tag for her (and frankly all hard of hearing and deaf) . In the past, when she needed to make a phone call she would have to call a relay service on her TTY (a precomputer over-the-phone typewriter) type to the relay service who would then speak to the person she needed to call. Since she can speak (Which not all deaf people can do) she can now actually make voice calls on her phone. Put it on speaker with autocaption turned on, and make the call. The words of the other person are shown on her phone. I can’t wait to see how google continues to innovate in this area, and am frankly dumbfounded they aren’t doing a better job advertising this incredible accessibility feature to the deaf and hard of hearing communities.
