23	NRG	Achieved*	NRG expects to reach a 50% reduction by 2025 from 2014 levels. NRG notes that emissions may change as the load recovers from the impact of COVID-19.
24	Southern	Achieved*	2030 goal is a 50% reduction from 2007 levels. Achieved due to COVID, but emissions will likely rise again. Southern believes it will achieve the 2030 target by 2025.
25	NextEra	No absolute emissions commitment** (Absolute reduction rate would be 5.8% to 2025, based on intensity goal)	**NextEra says its carbon intensity reduction goal equates to a nearly 40% reduction in absolute CO2 emissions from a 2005 baseline by 2025. To 2025, that goal would equate to a reduction pace of 5.8% per year.
26	Pinnacle West (APS)	No 2030 carbon commitment	APS has a 2050 carbon-free goal, but no interim carbon reduction target. APS has a commitment to achieve an energy mix that is 65% clean energy by 2030 with 45% renewable energy.
27	Dominion	No 2030 carbon commitment	Dominion has a 2050 net zero goal, but no 2030 interim target.
