This includes a Numbers app, that lets users exchange personal information for cryptocurrency, giving users control over what is shared, while providing transparency in how that data is used. HTC also partnered with Opera to allow for Ethereum micropayments on supporting websites, with support for Bitcoin and Litecoin coming in a few months. HTC will also now sell the Exodus 1 for fiat currency, available for $699 in March. Previously it could only be purchased with cryptocurrency.||https://www.theverge.com/2019/2/26/18234481/htc-exodus-1-blockchain-dapps-data-opera-mwc-2019|

And 58 percent ask "fun questions." Setting alarms, checking news and searching are all popular as well. Shopping was mentioned by 26% down from 30% in August 2018's survey. The survey also found that people would like their TV, car and thermostat to have voice control but not their oven, refrigerator or washing machines.||https://www.cnbc.com/2019/02/26/what-do-people-use-smart-speakers-for-asking-fun-questions.html|

|Rumor: Microsoft Bringing Game Pass And Published Titles To Switch||https://www.gameinformer.com/2019/02/21/rumor-microsoft-bringing-game-pass-and-published-titles-to-switch|
- Microsoft is rumored to be partnering with Nintendo, bringing its games to the Switch console.
- The surprising collaboration would let Microsoft publish games on the Switch.
- The rumors specifically mention simple games like Cuphead and Ori and the Blind Forest, which fit the Nintendo console's capabilities and style, but also indicate that a bigger markee franchise like Halo or Gears of Wars would make the jump.
- But even bigger than this, the Gamepass and xCloud projects would be included. This would allow gamers to play any game available on the XBox subscription service and upcoming streaming service on the Nintendo Switch, effectively puting an XBox in your Switch.
- This is a very aggressive move and a massive change in the way console manufacturers have conducted business until now, and has ramifications for the entire gaming industry.
PS: This news seems corroborated by several sources, and follows on the reveal of the expansion of the XBox Live social elements of the XBox service to mobiles and, again, the Nintendo Switch.
