32 | - The crew was elated to get Orange's Crate back after crash-landing in that hanger queen we had to fly while our aircraft was getting repaired. After 2 missions of getting the crap shot out of our ride, we're all hoping for a milk run today. - Over the Tyrrhenian our cover chased off a FW. Flak hit the #2 engine but she kept on ticking. Must be a Timex. Bombs dropped on target. Turning for home rockets flew through our formation, one coming too close for comfort. - The rest of the mission was as quiet as a church on Tuesday. We were thankful for the milk run! | ||||||||||
