4	Bye Rules
5	½-point Byes (for whole team only) are available for any round (no maximum; Rounds 1-4 byes must be requested at least 1 hour before that round's scheduled start; Rounds 5-6 byes are final after Round 3 starts)

7	Play-up Rules
8	Players must be within 200 points of the rating cutoff to play up, and within 100 points to play up in the highest section.
9	Double play-up is not allowed.
