Dalam pengambilan keputusan perlu adanya evaluasi atas berbagai macam alternatif pilihan yang ada dengan tujuan untuk mencapai hasil yang terbaik. Salah satu kasus dalam pengambilan keputusan yaitu keputusan dalam memilih kelas yang akan digunakan sebagai tempat belajar. Hal tersebut tentu banyak terdapat faktor yang mempengaruhinya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh sikap, teman sebaya, dan reputasi program studi terhadap keputusan mahasiswa pendidikan ekonomi universitas negeri semarang dalam memilih International Undergraduate Program (IUP). Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 174 mahasiswa Pendidikan Ekonomi, Rombel International Undergraduate Program (IUP), Fakultas Ekonomi, Universitas Negeri Semarang yang terdiri dari angkatan 2018, 2019, dan 2020 dengan program studi Pendidikan Akuntansi, Pendidikan Koperasi, dan Pendidikan Administrasi Perkantoran. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik propotional random sampling dengan rumus Slovin. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuisioner dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis statistik deskriptif dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 122 mahasiswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukan teman sebaya tidak berpengaruh terhadap keputusan mahasiswa Pendidikan Ekonomi dalam memilih International Undergraduate Program (IUP), sedangkan sikap dan reputasi program studi berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan mahasiswa Pendidikan Ekonomi dalam memilih International Undergraduate Program (IUP). Terdapat pengaruh signifikan sikap, teman sebaya, dan reputasi program studi secara simultan terhadap keputusan mahasiswa Pendidikan Ekonomi Universitas Negeri Semarang dalam memilih International Undergraduate Program (IUP) sebesar 83%. Meanwhile, the readiness of teachers in online learning is currently very much needed in the era of the COVID-19 Pandemic as it is today. The objectives of this study were (1) To analyze the effect of teacher competence on teacher readiness, (2) To analyze the effect of facility conditions on teacher readiness, (3) To analyze the effect of academic supervision on teacher readiness, (4) To analyze the effect of teacher competence, facilities, and academic supervision jointly affect teacher readiness. The population in this study amounted to 90 consisting of all teachers in SMK N 1 Bawang Banjarnegara. The variables studied are teacher competence, facility conditions, and academic supervision and readiness as bound variables. Data collection method using interviews, questionnaires, observations, and documentation. Data analysis uses multiple regression analysis and descriptive analysis. The results showed that the research model has fulfilled the validity and reliability of the construct on the assumption of SPSS so that the model is declared feasible. This research uses a quantitative approach. Regression equation seen from Fhitung Test = 36,613 with probablitity of 0.000 < 0.05, so that obtained multiple regression equation with equation Y = 31,496 + 0.152 X1 + 0.054 X2 + 0.054 X3. The results showed that the variables of teacher competence, facility condition, and academic supervision had a positive effect on the readiness of teachers at SMK N 1 Bawang Banjarnegara. The conclusion of this research is that improving teacher readiness can be achieved by improving teacher competence, facility conditions, and academic supervision in teachers. The advice in this study is (1) The school further improves the internet network and provides training on communication in online learning, (2) It is necessary to add more interesting and varied teaching tools, teaching tools and media. The government through Nadiem Makarim has made every effort to minimize the spread of this virus, one of which is by issuing an online learning policy. Regarding the impact of the spread of the COVID-19 virus on the world of education, it requires educators and students to be able to adapt quickly to existing changes. The learning system, which is all face-to-face-based, is being replaced by an integrated learning system via a virtual internet network. So it is necessary to have student learning readiness, because the learning process is carried out online. Therefore, this study aims to reveal the influence of the family environment, learning facilities and learning motivation on students' readiness to use e-learning. This research was designed using quantitative methods. The population in this study were students of the Department of Office Administration Education, State University of Semarang, class of 2018, totaling 121. The data collection methods used in this study were questionnaire, observation, and documentation methods. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression analysis and descriptive percentage analysis with the help of SPSS 2.2 program. The results of this study indicate that family environment has a positive and significant effect on student learning readiness to use e-learning with a coefficient value of 0.077 and significance value od 0.077<0.05. Learning facilities have a positive and significant effect on studen learning readiness to use e-learning with a coefficient value of 0.183 and a significance value of 0.001<0.05. Learning motivation has a positive and significant effect on student readiness to use e-learning with a coefficient value of 0.783 and significance value of 0.000<0.05. And there is a simultaneous influence on the family environtment, learning facilities and learning motivation of students learning readiness to use e-learning with an adjusted R square value of 0.863 or 86.3% and a significance value of 0.000<0.05. The conclusion of this research is that there are four hypotheses which are all accepted. Suggestions from researchers are that parents should provide good examples of learning discipline, as well as provide understanding to children, provide adequate learning facilities so that children are more enthusiastic about learning, as well as a genuine desire to learn from within students. | |||

The sampling technique used in this research was non-probability sampling with the type of incidental sampling (incidental sampling). The variables in researched that is service quality, employee competence, and discipline. Employee work as the independent variable and community satisfaction as the dependent variable. Methods of data collection using interviews, questionnaires, observation and documentation. The data analysis technique used is percentage descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis This research uses a quantitative approach. The regression equation is seen from the F value of 241.271 with a significance of 0.000 < 0.05. So that the regression equation Y = 0.091 + 0.404X1 + 0.797X2 + 0.117X3 + e is obtained. The magnitude of the simultaneous influence between service quality, employee competence, and employee work discipline on community satisfaction is 85.80%. Partially the effect of service quality on community satisfaction is 35.52%, the effect of employee competence on community satisfaction is 58.98%, the effect of employee work discipline on community satisfaction is 7.56%. Suggestions from this research are that increasing community satisfaction can be achieved by improving service quality, employee competence, and employee work discipline. Various research results on the theme of soft skills and academic achievement also show inconsistent research results. This study aims to analyze the factors that influence soft skills and academic achievement, namely the variable self-concept, organizational activeness, and family environment with interest in learning as the mediating variable. The type of research used is quantitative research. Data were collected by means of a questionnaire and analyzed using SEM-PLS. The population in this study were 102 students of class XI SMK Setiabudhi Semarang. The sampling technique in this study used saturated sampling. Saturated sampling is that the sample size is the same as the population, so that the sample in the study amounted to 102 students. The results showed that of the 12 proposed hypotheses, 4 (four) hypotheses were rejected and 8 hypotheses were accepted. The three constructs are self-concept, organizational activeness, and family environment, provide an influence on soft skills and academic achievement. Self-concept has the greatest influence on soft skills by 29%. Furthermore, the interest as an intermediary makes the amount of influence on soft skills of -4.2%. Organizational activeness has the greatest effect on academic achievement by 34.8%. Furthermore, the interest as an intermediary makes the magnitude of the influence on academic achievement of 19.3%. The magnitude of the R2 construct of learning interest is 0.581 (moderate of sufficient category), the magnitude of R2 construct of soft skills is 0.668 (moderate of sufficient category), and the magnitude of R2 construct the academic achievement is 0.653 (moderate of sufficient category). Thus, it is concluded that 8 hypotheses are accepted and 4 hypotheses are rejected. The purpose of this study is to examine the simultans and partial influence of archivist competence variabels, facilities and infrastructure, and interpersonal communication on service quality at the Archives and Libraries Service of Central Java Province. The population in this study were all archive users at the Office of Archives and Libraries of Central Java Province whose number was unknown. The number of samples of 116 respondents was determined based on the iteration formula. The sampling technique used purposive sampling technique. Methods of data collection using interviews, questionnaires, observation, and documentation. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis of the percentage and multiple linear regression analysis. This study uses a quantitative approach. The regression equation seen from the F-test is 176.359 with a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05, so that the multiple regression equation is obtained with the equation Y = -10.656 + 0.412 (X1) + 0.416 (X2) + 0.470 (X3) + e. The magnitude of the simultaneous influence of archivist competence variabels, facilities and infrastructure, and communication on service quality is 82.1%. Partially, the influence of archivist competence on service quality has an effect of 16.62%. Partially, the influence of facilities and infrastructure on service quality is 10.95%. Partially, the influence of interpersonal communication on service quality is 18.83%. Suggestions from this study are for archivist employees, it is necessary to improve dexterity in providing services to archive users so that archive users who need them will feel satisfied. The sampling technique in this study used the area proportional random sampling technique with the Slovin formula. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis technique used descriptive statistical analysis with a sample of 122 students. The results showes that peers had a positive and insignificant effect on PE students' decision making in choosing the IUP, while students' attitudes and perceptions on the reputation of the major had a positive and significant effect on PE students' decision making in choosing the IUP. There is a significant effect of attitudes, peers, and student perceptions on the reputation of the major simultaneously on the decisions of UNNES PE students’ decision making in choosing the IUP of 82.5% with significance 0.000. As for the multiple linear regression equation obtained Y = 3.513 + 1.310X1 + 0.018X2 + 0.469X3 + e. However, due to the Corona virus (COVID-19) outbreak that has spread in Indonesia, all learning activities are carried out boldly, including PPL. This bold PPL activity was carried out for the first time by UNNES so that it required special preparation. This study aims to determine the success of the PPL Program for the 2017 class of administration students who have participated in teaching practice boldly in several vocational schools in Central Java, and no evaluation has been carried out regarding its success. The research method used in this research is descriptive quantitative- qualitative with data collection techniques in the form of a questionnaire/questionnaire to supervisors, tutors, and also practical students who have participated in the implementation of PPL boldly with additional data from observations, interviews, and documentation studies. . The evaluation model used in this research is using the Countenance Stake model which is carried out on two activities carried out namely description and judgment which consists of three stages, namely the input stage (antecedents), the implementation stage (transactions), and the outcome stage (Outcomes). The results showed that the readiness of PPL students during the implementation of PPL was in the good category with a percentage of 24.49%, this was influenced by the quality of a good PPL orientation with a percentage of 42.31%, the role of civil servant teachers at 37.18%, the role of supervisors by 44.87%, and Peers by 25.64%. Barriers experienced by practical students when implementing PPL bravely include poor signals and networks (42.3%), inadequate facilities and infrastructure (23.12%), and students who are less responsive when learning (53.26%) . The conclusion in this research is that the implementation of PPL boldly for Office Administration students class of 2017 has been going well but its implementation has not been optimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel independen yaitu disiplin kerja dan kompetensi pegawai terhadap variabel dependen yaitu kualitas pelayanan melalui motivasi kerja sebagai variabel mediasi. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian ini adalah masyarakat pengguna jasa pelayanan di kantor Kecamatan Kedungwuni Kabupaten Pekalongan. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 116 responden yang dihitung dengan rumus iterasi dan ditentukan dengan teknik insidental sampling. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner (angket), wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif persentase, uji hipotesis, analisis jalur (path analysis) dan uji sobel dengan bantuan program IBM SPSS Statistics 26. Hasil perhitungan diperoleh persamaan regresi model I yaitu Y = 20,508 + 0,116 X1 + 0, 323 X2 + 0,196 M + 0,9732 dan persamaan regresi model II yaitu M = 40,106 + 0,219 X1 + 0,140 X2 + 0,992. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan disiplin kerja berpengaruh dan tidak signifikan terhadap kualitas pelayanan, sedangkan kompetensi pegawai dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh langsung dan signifikan terhadap kualitas pelayanan. Selanjutnya disiplin kerja dan kompetensi pegawai berpengaruh langsung dan signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja. Hasil pengaruh mediasi menunjukkan disiplin kerja dan kompetensi pegawai berpengaruh terhadap kualitas pelayanan melalui motivasi kerja. Simpulan dari penelitian ini adalah terdapat satu hipotesis yang ditolak dan enam hipotesis diterima. Saran dari penelitian ini adalah (1) Instansi merubah dan meningkatkan disiplin kerja dengan bekerja sesuai dengan Standar Operasional Prosedur (SOP); (2) Instansi atau pimpinan memfasilitasi dengan mengadakan pelatihan dengan bantuan profesional trainer setiap beberapa bulan sekali kepada pegawai guna meningkatkan kemampuan diri serta para pegawai hendaknya saling membantu dengan berdiskusi ke rekan kerja guna mempermudah dalam menyelesaikan pekerjaan; (3) Instansi memperbaiki dan menambah sarana pendukung dan alat untuk pelayanan serta menyediakan transpotasi untuk dinas diluar kantor sehingga menambah motivasi untuk bekerja para pegawai; (4) Instansi mempercepat pelayanan agar pengunjung tetap mempercayakan kemampuan pelayanan para pegawai secara keseluruhan sehingga tercipta citra serta kualitas pelayanan. | 3 kali revisi atau satu bulan | ||

With the existence of independent learning in students will have a good impact on student performance so that these students can achieve the intended achievements. However, the results of the questionnaire in this study were as many as 40% of students did not have a good independent learning attitude. So, they must be able to increase their attitude of independence so that their goals in learning should be achieved optimally. This type of research used quantitative research. Data was collected by questionnaire and analyzed using SEM-PLS. The population in this study were 134 students of Office Administration Education in 2022 UNNES using all students as the research sample. The sampling technique uses a non-probability sampling technique with saturated sampling. The data analysis method used is inferential statistical analysis and descriptive statistical analysis The results showed that of the 7 (seven) hypotheses proposed, there were 2 (two) hypotheses that were rejected and 5 (five) accepted hypotheses. Learning motivation has a positive and significant effect on learning independence by 29%, facilities and infrastructure have a positive and significant effect on learning independence by 20%, family environment has a positive and significant effect on learning independence by 28%, self-efficacy has a positive and insignificant effect on learning independence by 10%, learning motivation mediated by self-efficacy has a positive and insignificant effect on learning independence by 12%, facilities and infrastructure mediated by self-efficacy has a positive and significant effect on learning independence by 40%, and the family environment which is mediated by self-efficacy has a positive and significant effect on self-efficacy and significant to learning independence by 26%. The conclusion of this study is that 5 hypotheses are accepted and 2 are rejected. The suggestion put forward is that it is expected that students can increase learning motivation to be able to grow or improve their independent learning attitude so that the desired learning objectives can be achieved optimally. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. Data analysis technique using descriptive statistical analysis and multiple linear regression. The results of the study obtained a multiple linear regression equation, namely Y = 11.540 + 0.087 X1 + 0.091 X2 + 0.308 X3 + e. The simultaneous influence of parental support, future time perspective, and self-efficacy on career readiness to become a teacher in Office Administration Economics Education students is 33%. Variables that have the greatest influence are variables self-efficacy of 19.10%, for variables future time perspective by 2.10% and parental support variable by 2.16%. The conclusion in this study is that there is a positive and significant influence of parental support variables, future time perspective, and self-efficacy on career readiness to become a teacher for students of Office Administration Economics Education, Universitas Negeri Semarang. This study aims to analyze the effect of soft skills, self-efficacy, and parental support on student work readiness. This study uses a quantitative approach with a causality research design. The population in this study were 1.475 students from the Economic Education Department, Semarang State University, from 2019 to 2022 and 315 students were taken based on the Slovin formula. The sampling technique used proportional random sampling. Data collection techniques using interviews and questionnaires. Data analysis techniques using descriptive statistical analysis and multiple regression analysis. The results of data analysis obtained multiple regression equations as follows Y = 16.076 + 0.256X1 + 0.283X2 + 0.111X3 + e. The results showed that there was a simultaneous effect of soft skills, self-efficacy, and parental support on work readiness by 41.7%. The variable with the greatest influence on work readiness is the soft skills variable of 14.82%. The self-efficacy variable is 2.65% and the parental support variable is 2.49%. The conclusions in this study indicate that job readiness is influenced by soft skills, self-efficacy, and parental support. Advice that can be given to students is by participating in trainings that can improve soft skills, trying to complete tasks on time by making a list of tasks according to priorities, not delaying them by making assignment collection reminders, and setting task completion targets, students are expected to be able to convince parents that they will their future, so students will get parental support in their work readiness. | 4 kali revisi, satu bulan |
