The right hander pitched well in his outing, throwing 3.2 scoreless innings, allowing just two hits while walking none and striking out two. Myles Schwartz would take over for Garza in the fourth and would hold Stevenson scoreless through the sixth. The Patriots would not go down without a fight, however. RBI base hits from junior Luca Morelli and Jordan Skolmar would see Stevenson take a 3-2 lead heading into the home half of the seventh. In Dramatic fashion, with the game tied once again at 3 David Garza would draw a walk with the bases loaded to send the Grenadiers to a dramatic 4-3 walk-off win in seven.
