Jack & Jill O'Rama 2025 Schedule

• Workshops are 50 min to give time for video recap/break. Unless stated otherwise
workshops are targeted towards the level of a comfortable social dancer who knows their basics.

• Contest Registration ends at 9pm for Thurs Contests, 5pm for Fri Contests,
11am for Sat Daytime Contests, 6pm Sat for all remaining contests

• If schedule says STAGED next to a division, heat 1 will line up in staging area 15 minutes prior to start time.
Every other heat will line up when the prior heat begins. If you do not stage you will be scratched from the division.

• Staging Area for the Main Ballroom is stage right/audience left.
Terrace Room is down the hall past the bathrooms (staging area in hallway)
Regal Room is next to Registration

• Be aware that there will be NO Semifinals for Role Reversal J&J, Sophisticated J&J, All American/60s Era J&J,
Pro-Am J&J, Open Strictly, or All Star/Champions Strictly despite these being potentially large divisions.

• If you are dancing multiple roles in different divisions and end up with a simultaneous prelim & semi we
will stagger the heats you are in, but you will likely NOT have a break between dancing so be prepared

THURSDAY - Registrations opens at 6:30 PM

Contest Registration for Friday Contests closes at 5pm

Contest Registration for contests before the dinner break closes at 11am - Registration for all other contests closes at 6pm
