|:45||The Supreme Court in Brisbane Australia has ruled an unsent text message can serve as an official will in the case of a 55-year-old man who killed himself in 2016. The unsent message was found in the drafts section of the phone and contained information on how to access bank accounts and directions for the disposal of his remains. It also indicated the man's brother and nephew should be the recipient of his house and funds, rather than his next of kin who is his wife. Justice Susan Brown said the wording of the text indicated deliberate intention on the man’s part. It read|
"You and [nephew] keep all that I have house and superannuation, put my ashes in the back garden … [wife] will take her stuff only she's ok gone back to her ex AGAIN I'm beaten. A bit of cash behind TV and a bit in the bank Cash card pin … My will"

|tm||Hi DTNS team, just a quick follow up about my Pacemaker. |
I had it installed today, My Doctor recommended a Medtronic, as our fellow listener mentioned.
He was not surprised when I inquired about hacking and said that mine did not have remote monitoring and that he thought company's were steering away from this at the moment due to the hacking concerns.
Anyway surgery went well and I'm now sitting at a comfortable 60 BPM, and am looking forward to getting out of hospital and starting my new life as a cyborg.
