Personal Aircraft Hourly Operating Cost Calculator

This sheet is designed to help an owner or prospective owner consider what the hourly cost of operation for an aircraft they will be using would be in comparison with the number of hours per year they will be flying.

It can be utilized to help realistically consider what an operational cost per hour will be experienced for a given aircraft. This can also be used to help evaluate if ownership or renting might be better options for a given aircraft.

Note: If utilizing this calculator for aircraft with constant speed propellers or multiple-engines utilize the propeller and multiple engine options below. If using this for a single-engine fixed pitch propeller some items must be left as "zero". See the notes to the side of each item to determine if that is applicable to the item you are entering.
