NaomiNaomi is far and away the most 'complete' of these, with an existing 'reference sheet' (circa 2018 haha oh dear). However, I feel like she could be given a little more... ※pizzazz※?

Overall, she's a teensy more formal than Jackie/Aiko, and DEFINITELY more than Mona. 		AGE: 32

SILHOUETTE: Tall and striking, slightly pearish

Naomi is the tallest, heaviest, and just overall largest. Her large stature is used to contrast her with Mona (has a slight 'bigger sister' feel), and convey to the viewer that she doesn't mess around.

She has a bit of muscle under there (she goes to the gym), but visually is mostly just plump. Slighty bear-ish (but, like, without the hair).
The aforementioned "existing reference sheet" gives her a bit of a ponytail, but I think it should be lengthened here. Make it more GIRTHY (insert joke about her being chubby)
Her top is sunshine-yellow as a bit of an ironic joke, given her cold nature (her last name is literally Glace, as in French for "glacier").

The main thing you want to do with Naomi is just add more ~flair~. I feel her getup is a bit boring right now. Maybe a bow on her hair? Small little brooch on her top? Do something different with the sides of her skirt? Spitballing mostly.

She wears loose polo shirts and jeans in public.

Her "character pose" could be some hunched-forward “I’m shy teehee” sort of deal. Akin to this?		AGE: 25

SILHOUETTE: Very average, almost rectangular

Perhaps it's a bit tropey for the defacto main character to have such a standard body type, but it fits well. Mona is not a very assuming individual, and her body shape reflects that. She's a fish out of water. She's not imposing like Naomi, sturdy like Jackie, or sleek & slender like Aiko. She's just a woman who doesn't have much in the way of curves... but because everyone else has a wacky shape, Mona is still unique!
An important detail to include is that her hair, regardless of how much shampoo one decides to nuke it with, is always slightly frizzy and has a couple strands popped up.

Other than that, I think some simple drapes down the side should work. Fluffy and golden-blonde, as she's a pretty gentle person (outside of being a fuck-up).
Her business attire should probably be white twill/linen top (similar to Naomi), but light-blue khakis. They're slightly (read: don't overdo it) wrinkled compared to the others, in case the hair thing wasn't enough messaging to the viewer.

Wears t-shirts (50/50 on whether these would be graphic tees or not, I think the Jazz cup pattern would be funny) and yoga pants (probably grey) in public.

JacquelineJackie is the only character here to have 0 existing material whatsoever, not even the sketch Mona has. This means she has the least specific 'vision' in mind (outside of the gratuitous notes everyone has).

SILHOUETTE: Short and stout, here is my handle...

It's somewhat ironic that the highest-positioned worker of the bunch is so short. She's not like... Midna short or anything, just a couple inches off of Mona. This is primarily to convey that while she's Mona's boss, she isn't nearly as strict compared to Naomi. She's a bit wide, but doesn't have any visible chubbiness like Naomi does (read: Naomi's 30 BMI is scratching at the "obese" category).
She should have poofy "natural hair" (curls), but don't make these so detailed that she'd be excruciating to draw repeatedly. Emphasis on the word "poofy"- one should look at her and go "oh, she seems fluffy and unthreatening".

I think a general "bow" shape should work well for her- I want it to be more original than "big round afro" or the dreaded half-shaved because those looks have been done to death.
Feeling a deeeep maroon sports jacket with a black/white fabric undershirt. As in, the maroon should be dark enough that people don’t mistake it for Mabo’s character. I’m also aware that sports jackets are more of a “guy” thing, but the padded-shoulders look is something that’d fit her character well. Always makes sure to wear a freshly-ironed pair of grey khakis (ridges on the sides). Aaand maybe she could have a golden bracelet on one wrist. Left?

Not super sure about her casual outfit- maybe a big fluffy sweater. Arms sliiightly too long.

AikoThis character is, by and large, a color/accessory swap of someone else's character I used for a long time. She wants to begin leaning her character away from NSFW material (valid), meaning I get the opportunity to add my own flairs and switch up how she's written.AGE: 22

SILHOUETTE: Confident pose, narrow limbs

Aiko is an outlier from the other three characters, because she's actively skinny. You don't see that much in fetish OCs! The main thing with her is to make sure her arms and legs are thinner than the others, perhaps use Mona (the second-lightest) as a reference point (note that they're the same height). She exudes confidence socially, but her physical petiteness symbolizes how fragile SNR would be without her.
Trina (and Aiko, by extension) are both pretty much Miku expies, so they should have Miku-esque hair. Far and away the longest of the bunch, two big twintails that go at least down to her butt. Biiig and wide.
Her idol getup has a "reference", so this should be fairly straightforward. One thing I'd like to point out, though, is that her jacket has a bit of "gleam" to it. It has some silk in it, her other clothes are probably plastic/cotton. Maybe a few different idol outfits would be cool- perhaps give her the Smash Bros palette treatment? (zabotz anim in question btw)

Her casual clothing would likely be standard “upper-class white woman” stuff. Leggings (specifically those black fabric ones you see people walking around with), sleeveless tees, sweaters during the winter that fit just right. She’s not like RICH rich, but can definitely afford name-brand clothes and stuff.
