Problem 7-7 - pages 121-124 work packet - This problem has you completing a general journal of transactions, and then making sure that you are posting to the general ledgers as well (make sure the book hasn’t started you with balances for the ledgers) - and then to finish up the problem they have you completing a trial balance on page 124
Problem 7-8 - pages 125-130 work packet - The problem has you using various source documents to record the transactions for this problem - you will need to complete the general journal for these transactions (I believe the transactions are also listed in the textbook if you can’t figure them out by using the source documents) - you then have to go post them in their general ledgers appropriately. The last part of the problem on page 120 wants you to complete a trial balance from the ledger accounts.

Use it! It's a great site and you will enjoy the projects I know! Alternately, if you can't access it, paper and pencil, paper and a marker go along way in art. Use your paper to draw and sign and date all the art you do! Draw your own face, self-portrait, a pet, a grand parent, a chair! 8th Grade please use your sketchbooks, and/or any paper you have, to demonstrate your understanding of the elements and principles of art. We have gone over thes using Scholastic Art before, now we are just revisiting them. Doodle/draw each element and principle and label it with your name and date! Done? Try a self portrait....use the whole paper to do this. Google if you have internet, Picasso's " Francois"...a minimalist way to work. How do you capture what you look like, in the fewest brush strokes, or pencil lines? It can be fun, and challenging! If you like, try the traditional portriat/self portrait...remember I have shown the video clips on this numerous times in art, from Scholastic Art Video clips....Still bored? Set up a still life of 3 personal items to draw. Use pen, marker, pencil or all 3! Try and pick items that are both horizontal and vertical. Throw in a piece of personal clothing, jean jacket? Hoodie? for "drapery" to draw. Keep these! Sign and date! We will revisit all this work, when that opportunity presents itself. This is a perfect time to practise art.
