1.) We will roll out standards based grading in the 2024-25 school year. ACTIONS: A.) Complete proficiency scales, B.) Create Common Summative and Formative Assessments with Level 2, 3 and 3.5 questions, C.) Create Gradebooks in Schoology, D.) Create Report Card in IC, E.) Determine a consistent way to calculate a final "score", F.) Develop a Parent Communication Plan, E.) Determine how to convert standard based grading to letter grade for parents to reference.A.) Proficiency scales will be stored in the Guaranteed and Viable Curriculum Document, B.) Common Formative and Summative Assessments will be stored in the Guaranteed and Viable Curriculum Document, C.) Gradebook will be built in Schoology, D.) The Report Card will be built in IC, E.) Parent communication will come in the form of our Parent Newsletter, Loom Video and in Person, F.) A formula will be created to convert our standards based grade in our newsletter and on our school website.Yes. We will have had 3 years to roll out standards based grading.
