Items to perform first:MAKE SURE YOU ARE AT THE CORRECT HOUSE by looking at the address of the property in CoConstruct, and the numbers on the house.

YOU CANNOT mark items complete that are not complete. WE CANNOT FIX PROBLEMS IF WE DON'T KNOW THEY EXIST!! This means YOU! Every single time.

1. Run water (both hot and cold) in the bath tub for at least 5 minutes to clear any sediment in the lines.

IF THERE IS NO BATHTUB, REMOVE THE SHOWER HEAD and run water through the shower head arm.

2. Fill all sinks with water. Observe water pressure. If pressure is low, see items 2a-c. If there is low pressure, there is generally a fixable cause that does not involve ripping the pipes out of the walls or the ground! If pressure is good, proceed to 3.

2a. Unscrew the aerator from the faucet and wipe it with your finger to remove any sediment clogging the aerator.

2b. Check the main shutoff valve where the water enters the house. Is it fully open? **Provide a picture**

2c. Is the valve fully open at the water meter outside the house? **Provide a picture**

3. Drain all sinks to verify that the pipes work as they should and there are no leaks.
