21	Matches won will normally add up to 11, except if the match is a double forfeit or it is a final round. Scores for a match with a forfeit should be shown as 0-11 or 11-0. If scores don't add to 11 check the "Results" tab to determine which match has the wrong scores. To correct the scores you will have to resubmit the entry with the correction						If a name has a red cross X then that name is not present in Ratings Central. This could be due to a spelling error, the player is new or not registered with TTA. Any extraneous spaces before or after the name may cause a mismatch. If a fillin player has a handicap it should be included after the surname without any spaces. e.g. Jill Green-2. Results for players with a handicap are not entered into Ratings Central and therefore will have a red cross.
