Strategy, Agile Software Development, Project Management, Leadership and Management, Strategy and Operations, Scrum (Software Development), Organizational Development, Communication, Adaptability, Process Analysis, Agile ManagementNo SpecializationNo SpecializationSpanishSpanishN/ABusinessLeadership and ManagementI4PrIvEQEeq18hLhVDIb3w

Critical thinking: reasoned decision makingTecnológico de MonterreyMaking decisions in today's world, a world increasing in complexity, with broad changes and uncertainty, creates the need of approaches that allow us to discern the real problems and the causes that create them. Identifying these problems, in most cases, requires challenging the assumptions on which we base our judgments, regarding the world and its realities.\n\nCritical thinking could be defined, as "that way of thinking - on any subject, content or problem - in which the thinker improves the quality of his thinking by seizing the inherent structures of the act of thinking and by subjecting them to intellectual standards". Critical thinking helps making decisions within a company, selecting the best action for the organization.\n\nIn this course of critical thinking the students will learn the tendencies, approximations and assumptions on which their reflections are based, and the conditions and the outcomes derived from their ways of thinking. This reflective thought is the active, careful and persistent examination of all beliefs in the light of the fundamentals that support them and their conclusions.\n\nThe reasoned decisions that the world requires, occur in many different areas, especially in business decisions, related to strategies, in the solution of problems in organizations, in the solution of social problems and in corporations’ social and ethical responsibility. In this online course the approaches will be oriented to analyze the critical thinking required in these areas.Decision Making, Critical Thinking, Human Learning, Problem Solving, People Analysis, Strategy, Strategy and Operations, Leadership and Management, Conflict Management, People Development, ProcessLeadership and Critical Thinkinghttps://www.coursera.org/specializations/leadership-critical-thinkingArabic, Chinese (China), Dutch, English, French, German, Greek, Hindi, Indonesian, Italian, Japanese, Kazakh, Korean, Polish, Portuguese (Brazil), Russian, Spanish, Swedish, Thai, Turkish, Ukrainian, VietnameseEnglishArabic, Chinese (China), Dutch, French, German, Greek, Hindi, Indonesian, Italian, Japanese, Kazakh, Korean, Polish, Portuguese (Brazil), Russian, Spanish, Swedish, Thai, Turkish, UkrainianBusinessLeadership and Managementd-UcZkAQEeu0vw5X4kJARQ

Big Data, Artificial Intelligence, and EthicsUniversity of California, DavisThis course gives you context and first-hand experience with the two major catalyzers of the computational science revolution: big data and artificial intelligence. With more than 99% of all mediated information in digital format and with 98% of the world population using digital technology, humanity produces an impressive digital footprint. In theory, this provides unprecedented opportunities to understand and shape society. In practice, the only way this information deluge can be processed is through using the same digital technologies that produced it. Data is the fuel, but machine learning it the motor to extract remarkable new knowledge from vasts amounts of data. Since an important part of this data is about ourselves, using algorithms in order to learn more about ourselves naturally leads to ethical questions. Therefore, we cannot finish this course without also talking about research ethics and about some of the old and new lines computational social scientists have to keep in mind. As hands-on labs, you will use IBM Watson’s artificial intelligence to extract the personality of people from their digital text traces, and you will experience the power and limitations of machine learning by teaching two teachable machines from Google yourself.Big Data, Machine Learning, Human Learning, Algorithms, Data Management, Computational Thinking, Machine Learning Algorithms, Natural Language Processing, Exploratory Data Analysis, Critical Thinking, Ethics, Ethics Of Artificial Intelligence, Research EthicsComputational Social Sciencehttps://www.coursera.org/specializations/computational-social-science-ucdavisArabic, Azerbaijani, Bengali, Chinese (China), Dutch, English, French, German, Greek, Hindi, Hungarian, Indonesian, Italian, Japanese, Kazakh, Korean, Polish, Portuguese (Brazil), Pushto, Russian, Spanish, Swedish, Thai, Turkish, Ukrainian, Urdu, VietnameseEnglishArabic, Chinese (China), Dutch, French, German, Greek, Hindi, Hungarian, Indonesian, Italian, Japanese, Kazakh, Korean, Polish, Portuguese (Brazil), Russian, Spanish, Swedish, Thai, Turkish, UkrainianData ScienceData AnalysisW0t1pk86Eem5IQ5Koqu4WA

Emotional and Social IntelligenceUniversity of California, Davis"We are wired to connect. Neuroscience has discovered that our brains very design makes it sociable, inexorably drawn into an intimate brain to brain linkup whenever we engage with another person." Daniel Goleman – Prologue – Social Intelligence\n\nEmotional and Social Intelligence (ESI) is defined as a set of competencies demonstrating the ability one has to recognize their behaviors, moods, and impulses, and to manage them best according to the situation. This course will give you the tools you need to be emotionally and socially intelligent in your workplace.\n \nHaving the ability to master ESI gives employees a distinct advantage in their positions. It allows them to access their emotional center while managing their relationships with their team members. Competencies associated with emotional and social intelligence are often what separates an average performer from a great one. And, unlike our overall intelligence, emotional intelligence can be learned and improved over time. \n\nIn this course, we will explain the value of emotional and social intelligence for professional success. We'll assess current emotional and social intelligence skills and you will discover the Foundational 4 Quadrants of Emotional and Social Intelligence (ESI) to understand, use and manage emotions. Empathy for Self and OthersArizona State UniversityEmpathy is something people must use every day. Empathy isn't limited to understanding other people; it's also about understanding yourself. An important key to understanding the emotions of others is understanding how you feel those emotions. This course will help you unlock that potential.\n\nWith the expertise of Dr. Shari Collins from the ASU School of Humanities, the Empathy for Self and Others course will put the tools, knowledge and strategies of empathy directly into your hands. You’ll learn the fundamentals and get acquainted with your empathy toolkit. Then, you’ll directly apply them in hands-on scenarios.\n\nA common misconception about empathy is that you have to have directly experienced the same thing as another person to empathize with them. Ethical Leadership Through Giving Voice to ValuesUniversity of VirginiaThis course offers an action-oriented introduction to Giving Voice to Values (or GVV), an exciting new approach to values-driven leadership development in the workplace, in business education and in life. \n\nGVV is not about persuading people to be more ethical, but instead it starts from the premise that most of us already want to act on our values, but that we also want to feel that we have a reasonable chance of doing so effectively. Through positive, real life examples, pre-scripting, rehearsal and peer coaching, GVV builds the skill, the confidence and likelihood that we will act on our values more often and more successfully. Based on research and practice, with over 1,000 pilots in educational settings and companies on all seven continents, GVV helps answer the questions: “What if I were going to act on my values? What would I say and do? How could I be most effective?”\n\nThis course was developed at the Darden School of Business at the University of Virginia and is taught by top-ranked faculty. You will come away from GVV with an expanded toolkit, as well as practice, in a variety of methods and techniques for voicing and enacting your own values and principles. You will develop and practice leadership skills in "peer coaching” with other learners. Through cases and stories based on recognizable workplace, classroom and life values conflicts, you will apply the GVV techniques and “re-frames”, expanding your repertoire for possible action as well as identifying and rehearsing responses that are likely to be most effective. Through this practice, you will gain greater confidence and competence in voicing and enacting your values effectively.Decision Making, Leadership and Management, Leadership Development, Strategy, Communication, Critical Thinking, Human Learning, Strategy and Operations, Emotional Intelligence, Planning, Ethics, LeadershipEntrepreneurship: Growing Your Businesshttps://www.coursera.org/specializations/entrepreneurship-growing-your-businessArabic, Azerbaijani, Bengali, Chinese (China), Dutch, English, French, German, Greek, Hindi, Hungarian, Indonesian, Italian, Japanese, Kazakh, Korean, Polish, Portuguese (Brazil), Pushto, Russian, Spanish, Swedish, Thai, Turkish, Ukrainian, Urdu, VietnameseEnglishArabic, Chinese (China), Dutch, French, German, Greek, Hindi, Hungarian, Indonesian, Italian, Japanese, Kazakh, Korean, Polish, Portuguese (Brazil), Russian, Spanish, Swedish, Thai, Turkish, UkrainianBusinessLeadership and Managementm3-YVtKREeaskwrhgK9PcA

Forecasting Skills: See the Future Before it HappensInstitute for the FutureFor many people, the future comes as a surprise – or even a shock. But with strong forecasting skills, YOU can avoid future shock. You can adapt faster, and become better prepared to benefit from change.\n\nIn this course, you’ll build your future forecasting skills. You'll learn how to turn groups of "signals" (clues about the future) and "drivers" (global forces that influence the direction of change) into compelling future forecasts. Forecasts help you discover new possibilities and opportunities for yourself, your company, or any community you want to inspire to make a better future. \n\nYou'll also learn how to write future scenarios. Scenarios take forecasts one step further. They spark imagination and tell a story about what might happen if a forecast comes true. Scenarios help you evaluate: Is this a future I'm ready for? Is this a future I want?\n\nLeading futurists from the Institute for the Future will show you exactly how it's done. They'll share with you the forecasts and scenarios they’re most excited about right now, and walk you through the key steps they took to create them. Then, it's your turn! You'll create a forecast and a scenario on any future topic you choose.\n\nHow will you benefit from taking this course? With strong forecasting skills, you'll get better at seeing the future before it happens. You'll be ready to consider possibilities that others never see coming or refuse to accept. You'll be able to help others prepare for and adapt to the future. You can decide which futures you want to make more likely, and which futures you want to prevent.\n\nMany thanks to the Enlight Foundation and the Enlight Collaborative, which provided a grant to support the creation of this course.Adaptability, Forecasting, Innovation, Critical Thinking, Business Transformation, Human Learning, Creativity, Research and Design, Planning, Internet Of Things, Futures Studies, Strategic ThinkingFutures Thinkinghttps://www.coursera.org/specializations/futures-thinkingArabic, Azerbaijani, Bengali, Chinese (China), Dutch, English, French, German, Greek, Hindi, Hungarian, Indonesian, Italian, Japanese, Kazakh, Korean, Polish, Portuguese (Brazil), Pushto, Russian, Spanish, Swedish, Thai, Turkish, Ukrainian, Urdu, VietnameseEnglishArabic, Chinese (China), Dutch, French, German, Greek, Hindi, Hungarian, Indonesian, Italian, Japanese, Kazakh, Korean, Polish, Portuguese (Brazil), Russian, Spanish, Swedish, Thai, Turkish, UkrainianBusinessBusiness EssentialsuVLfj4I-EemYtAoqOXUGpg
