SUBJECT: 2024-25 FINAL Approval

The Federal Programs Unit has determined that All Local Education Agencies (LEA) federal applications/budgets for fiscal year 2024-25 have received final approval. Grants funded under the Elementary and Secondary Education Act, as amended by Every Student Succeeds Act (ESSA), specifically accounted for and reflected in the 2024-25 plan and budget applications for all LEAs, have been distributed by the Arkansas Department of Education (ADE) Federal Finance Unit. Authorization for all LEAs is based upon the information contained in the LEAs submitted application/budgets relating to the identified programs. The materials have been reviewed and determined to be approved; however, neither the approval of the plan documents by the ADE nor the issuance of grant awards shall in any way relieve the LEAs of its responsibility to comply with all applicable requirements.
