40		U18	as of maintenance 29-Feb-2024 - some recaputred spires do not get reactivated												- Mass Lock Factor is now 100 !
41			- HIP 25654 reactivated on the tick (7th March) after Taranis was defeated (1st March), however 3 other recaptured spires (Since U18), did not reactivate ( TBM 001, 023, 028 )												- - As of Update 17.01, Mass Lock Factor is now 45, the same as an Active site
42			- - A week later (14th March), the site went Dormant again
