2. Make a copy of this form by either File > Make a Copy... or File > Download as...

3. Fill out this form completely. 1 tab per currency. Make a copy of the "Currency 1" tab for additional currencies.

4. Collect electronic copy of all your receipts. You can copy the image below, provide it as an attachment, or add a shareable link on the table

5. Email the completed form as Google Form Link OR .XLS/.XLSX and receipts to reimburse@spacegeneration.org

REIMBURSEMENT CONDITIONS

Reimbursement claims may take up to 30 days to process from the date when your scholarship responsibilities are fulfilled (if applicable) or from date of claim lodgement. Please contact us if you have not heard from us after 30 days.

All expense claims must be lodged within 30 days of the end of the event or incurring the expense, whichever is later.

No receipts, no payment.

The exchange rate used will be set by SGAC's bank on the day of reimbursement. Exchange rate fluctuations between the original purchase and the reimbursement will not be taken into account.

Credit card interest and fees are not payable by SGAC

Payments may take up to 5 business days to be processed, if you have not received payment in this time, please contact your own bank in the first instance to query the status of the transfer

Bank fees incurred by SGAC due to incorrect information provided by the claimant or due to the information provided being for a bank that is unable to accept EFT deposits, will result in those fees being subtracted from your expense claim.

Where reasonable, SGAC will bear the cost of transferring the reimbursement payment at the point of our transfer request (i.e. the amount we transfer will be the amount approved).

SGAC will not be responsible for any other costs associated with the transfer, include routing fees, fees by your bank to receive a wire transfer, other currency conversion fee and any other bank fees. You can reduce the likelihood of fees by providing the currency of your bank account.

You will receive a payment confirmation at the time of payment.
