5	6/4/2017 3:45:11	Hello! I am a new CiteSpace user. I am not sure if this is the right place to ask for technical help. Now I am having problems with creating a new project. After loading my data, there is a message like this: "Pruning sliced networks: false Pruning merged network: false" and of course CiteSpace failed to visualize my network. Would you tell me how to solve this problem? Thank you!	Hanh

7	9/3/2020 0:17:20	I can't generate the files in KML format using the option "Generate Google Earth Maps KML". This option appears as disabled in the Geographical menu. I am working with a Webof Science dataset in plain text format. How do I solve this problem?	Leovigildo
