• PATIENCE IS A MUST. Items that will be pre-ordered takes a longer time before arriving here in PH. Buyers must be willing to wait.

• As much as possible, WE WILL NOT ALLOW CANCELLATION OF ORDERS especially for onhand items. If a buyer no longer wants to proceed with their order, they need to pay for a cancellation fee amounting to 250php. Please be 100% sure before you place your orders and submit an order form.

• PLEASE PAY ON OR BEFORE THE SAID DEADLINE OF PAYMENT. Late payments will be charged by a fee amounting to 30php per day. Don't worry we will try to offer a longer DOP for our items.

• Bogus Buyers and Joy Reservers will be automatically blocked on our future GOs.

• MerchanGalsPH will not be held liable for any delay, loss, and damage of the items upon shipping it to our PH address and to the buyer's address. We will make sure that all the items are complete and secured before handling it to our couriers.

• ALL PAYMENTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE unless items become unavailable/out of stock and if supplier will refund our payment for the said items. EXCHANGE AND RETURNS ARE NOT ALLOWED as well.

• Order Confirmations will be sent within 48-72 hours after you submit an order form. NO ORDER CONFIRMATION = NO SLOT.

• For pre-ordered items, local shipping fees will be collected upon the arrival of the items here in PH. For onhand items, local shipping fees will be collected once items are ready to ship.
