What should I do? | To avoid payment issues when using Venmo with the Digital Cookie Mobile App, confirm transactions before handing over cookies: Confirm Payment Wait for the confirmation screen on the Girl Scout’s device (see image below) and the customer device. Screenshot the confirmation and note the order number. Record customer details and cookies involved in the transaction if there are any issues for follow-up if needed. If the payment isn't appearing after 48 hours, please fill out the Venmo Payment Issues form to provide the information we need to track down the sale. If the payment is not successful, you may need to try a different option (credit card, PayPal, cash/check). | ||||||||||||||||||||||

18 | DC | Credit Card/Venmo/PayPal | I took a Girl Scout credit card/Venmo/PayPal under the Troop role, how do I fix that? | 1. Troop should create a Girl to Troop transfer to transfer the cookies sold to the troop. 2. Troop should then create another transfer back to the Girl, but input the cookie amounts in the Booth Packages column. (To credit the girl to earn rewards, but not make her financially responsible). If the order is showing in the Virtual Delivery Pending Distribution in My Reservations, you can use the Smart Booth Divider attached to credit the girl scout instead. | ||||||||||||||||||||||
19 | SC | Donation | I have donations (cash) from a cookie booth. How do I track these sales? | Tally the donations; credit the donation sale to Girls at the booth using the Smart Booth Divider in Smart Cookies (Tracked CShare for troop inventory or Virtual CShare for council inventory). Another option is to tally all the donations until the end of the sale, then follow the directions for Track Cookie Share (troop inventory) or Virtual Cookie Share (council inventory) to credit the girls individually. | ||||||||||||||||||||||

Then, use the virtual delivery divider to transfer the cookies to the girl/girls that sold at the booth.
