BUSM Student Hosting Program
2
PLEASE READ DIRECTIONSONLY EMAIL ONE STUDENT. GIVE TWO DAYS FOR RESPONSE, Arrive by 11pm the night before your interview
3
*Applicants: Here is the list of students who have volunteered to host an interviewee for ONE night (the night before your interview e.g. Sunday, Tuesday or Thursday night).

Please read the following guidelines if you would like to request a student host:

1. First look at the "Days Available" column to narrow down your selection and then look at the column entitled "Comments/Requests & (applicant gender)" in case the student has a request for females only, etc.

2. Once you find a student you would like to stay with, send him/her an email with your interview date and ask if s/he would be able to host you that evening. If the student agrees, make sure to coordinate arrival time and ask the host what you need to bring (e.g. sleeping bag, pillow, etc). Please only email one student at a time and give them TWO full days to reply before contacting another student. Please understand that students may be having a tough week with exams and not be able to host you, they might have to say no.

3. It is your responsibility to email your host 3 days prior to your arrival to confirm your stay. If you do not confirm you will not be guaranteed a host. If for any reason your interview date is changed or cancelled, please let your host know. Also, as a courtesy, please plan on arriving at your host's residence by 11:00pm.

If you have any questions or problems regarding overnight hosting, please email either Josh Agranat at Jagranat@bu.edu, Sunali Shah at sunali@bu.edu or Nicole Patzelt at npatzelt@bu.edu.

Note: BUSM is in the South End and the MSR is the Medical Student Residence, so anyone who lives there will be within walking distance to the school. Additionally, this service is meant to provide only a place for you to stay; all other accommodations are the interviewee's responsibility (transportation, food, overnight amenities). Be considerate!
