Challenges make for a stronger, faster cleanse. My path has been one of austerities to create space for the new. These first level challenges will help you gain mastery over your cravings and old habits. Be sure to follow the foundational diet plan and taking your herbs and supplements too!

4 raw medium to large carrots – fresher with tops attached - dont have to eat them :)

1 cup raw radish 2x/day – see Radish salad in recipes given

1 cup grated beet salad 2x/day – see recipes

4 kiwis today – good with protein meal.

2 salads of 3 cups each – Arugula, Escarole, and Salad greens
May add more to make yummy and use yummy dressing

Cooked Kale or raw, 2 cups, 2x/day – good with butter, garlic, lemon and Celtic sea salt.

3 tbsp chia seeds (best ground up fresh) in one cup water 2x/day

Foot Bath in one cup Epsom salts, 2tbsp salt, 1tbsp turmeric -soak 15 minutes as hot as can stand – good before bed!

Make soup with Burdock root, Kombu, Celery, onion, carrot – may add more things like meat/fish, more.

4 raw apples, and 2 cloves raw garlic (can put garlic between two apple slices or have with meals chopped up)

1 tsp whole Fennel seeds chew up after each meal 3x/day

Root soup puree – celery root, rutabaga, and carrot (cook/puree)
