3 | Nate Brown did it all for the Warhawks in a 10-1 victory over Watertown on Wednesday. Brown put himself in scoring position with three extra-base hits for Arrowhead. He homered in the second inning and doubled in the first and fifth innings. On the mound he held Watertown scoreless for six innings, struck out eight and allowed no walks and three hits. Six runs in the first two innings helped Arrowhead blow out Watertown . An RBI double by Brown and a steal of home by Luke Bradley in the first inning. A sacrifice fly by Jeff Holtz and a two-run home run by Brown during the second inning helped the Warhawks put this one away early. Arrowhead was sparked by Dominic Clementi and Brown, who teamed up for seven hits and six RBIs. | |||||

5 | It took extra innings, but Christian Gerner's walk-off single in the bottom of the ninth gave Milwaukee Lutheran a 2-1 win over Slinger on Thursday. Gerner finished with a 2-for-5 day and drove in one. He singled in the third and ninth innings. Nick Winter led the Red Knight offense going 3-for-4. He doubled in the first inning and singled in the third and fifth innings. T.D. Walker and James Wright pitched lights out for the Red Knights down the stretch. Slinger managed just one hit off of Walker, who allowed no earned runs, walked one and struck out three during his 3 2/3 innings of work. Wright got the win in relief. He tossed two innings of shutout ball, struck out four, walked none and gave up no hits. | |||||

This time trailing 2-0 in the bottom of the sixth, Kaiser blasted a three run home run to take a 3-2 lead and hold on for the win. Kaiser's home run was one of only three Catholic Memorial hits in the game. Pete Koscinski picked up the win in relief, striking out six in four innings. |
